The first wine of a series we select and bottle ourselves. An estate-grown Touraine Sauvignon Blanc made with Lionel Gosseaume in Choussy: bright and dry, with gooseberry, crushed stone and citrus nettle. The aperitif and oyster white of the house, priced so it is the bottle you don't hesitate to open.
