About the Wine

The Ferme de la Bouillette is a family farm in Pennedepie, the Pays d'Auge village Frederick grew up in. 100% apples from the farm's orchards, crushed and left in contact for a few hours for complexity — a fine-bubbled, thirst-quenching brut cider, lovely with Normandy cheeses like Camembert and Pont-l'Évêque.
