Domaine BASSE VILLE'Les Grandes Noelles' vineyard has a rich soil on Gneiss rock with older vines for which vigor is important to control. The low yields and native yeasts produce an exceptional wine that is aged 'sur lie' in used oak barrels.Taste side-by-side with 'Les barboires' and enjoy the soil differences that make them unique.This wine is dry.

From Domaine Basse Ville in the heart of Sèvre et Maine, farmed by the same family since the 16th century. Les Grandes Noëlles grows older vines on rich soil over Gneiss rock; low yields and native yeasts give an exceptional dry Muscadet, aged sur lie in used oak.
