A glimmering gold colour. A complex, honey-like scent with gentle aromas of warm butter, cream and blossoming roses. a full, mineral, almost salty taste with undertones of dried fruit, cream and a hint of pleasurable acidity.

The wine is simply magnificent when combined with lightly smoked poultry, larded meat or rich quarry meat made on white wine.
