This late harvest dry wine will shine with a golden colour and straw reflections in the glass. It will leave you with a notable scent of dried orange peel and mature mango. In the finish the tone of wood and vanilla softens the bouquet of the wine. This wine has a complex flavour with tones of dried fruit and a pleasant acidic taste at the finish.

The fusion of the distinctive taste of this wine with freshwater fish, white meat with creamy sauces and with seafood is excellent.
