Production Notes
Domaine DELEUZE-ROCHETINClassified Duche d'Uzes in 2013, those parcels have made wine since the 6th century BC. Harmattan is a blend of 1/2 Viognier and 1/2 Grenache Blanc grown on limestone soil, as Baptiste says "this wine is pure stone juice".In the spirit of the whites of the estate this wine has smoky & salty aromas, notes of white flowers and fruits. The final salinity carries the wine to a long finish. A beautiful expression of terroir.Serve chilled at 13-14ºC. The aromatic finesse and the minerality grant this wine a beautiful potential on the table. It will accompany your lighter dishes, shellfish and white cheeses.

About the Wine
Domaine Deleuze-Rochetin farms parcels classified Duché d'Uzès in 2013 that have grown vines since the 6th century BC. Harmattan is half Viognier, half Grenache Blanc on limestone — pure stone juice, as Baptiste puts it — smoky and saline, with white flowers and a long, mineral finish.
