Production Notes

Domaine KoxFamily owner-winemaker Laurent Kox started making Crémant and has played a key role in Luxembourgish sparkling wines at the appellation level.Hand harvesting and gentle pressing of the grapes. Each cru is pressed separately to perfect the final blend. Aged in the bottle for 12 months before disgorging.Bright yellow robe. Yellow berries with a fresh, mineral touch. Fruity on the palate with a good, well balanced acidity.Blend: Burgundy varietals 52%, Reserve wine 29%, Riesling 19%Vineyard soil is Keuper with clay marls.Serve slightly chilled at 46° F
