This meaty, rustic blend is truly one to represent the hot climate and alluvial soils of this appellation. This particular cuvée was harvested after the main harvest when just a few grapes were left on the vines. The term Givré in French means frozen when talking about grapes and hothead when referring to friends!Bold wine you can hold on to or decant to get even more out of it.Crimson colour, deep.
